Upon project completion, we maintain project files for a reasonable period as specified in individual service agreements. After this period, files may be archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
3. Service Availability
3.1 Uptime and Maintenance
While we strive to maintain consistent availability of our website and communication channels, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
3.2 Feature Updates
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of our services at any time. Significant changes affecting ongoing projects will be communicated to active clients with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all original concepts, ideas, and materials you provide to us. Intellectual property rights for completed work are transferred to you upon full payment as specified in individual project agreements.
4.2 Coralbox Properties
Our website content, branding, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written permission.
4.3 License Grants
Where third-party assets or tools are used in development, appropriate licenses will be obtained and disclosed. Any ongoing licensing requirements will be communicated as part of project deliverables.
4.4 Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, subject to confidentiality requirements and appropriate client acknowledgment.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Service pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but quoted prices for accepted proposals remain valid for the duration specified in the proposal.
5.2 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an initial deposit with remaining payments tied to milestone completions.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on project stage and work completed. Deposits may be partially refundable if cancellation occurs before significant work begins. Specific refund terms are detailed in project contracts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Coralbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any games developed through our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
